What information I collect
When you make an enquiry, I may collect your name, email address, telephone number, company, location, photography requirements, intended use and any other details you choose to include. For restoration and digitising work, this may also include copies of the photographs you provide for assessment or processing.
Why I use it
I use this information to respond to your enquiry, discuss and prepare photography services, provide quotations, carry out agreed restoration or digitising work and manage any resulting client relationship. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract and my legitimate interest in managing genuine business enquiries.
How long I keep it
Enquiry information is normally retained for up to two years after the last meaningful contact, unless it becomes part of an ongoing client record or I need to retain it for a legal or accounting reason. Photographs supplied for restoration or digitising are retained only for as long as needed to assess and fulfil the work, plus a reasonable short period to resolve delivery issues.
Who receives it
Your information may be processed by the service providers used to host this website and deliver email. I do not sell your personal information.
Your rights
You may ask for access to your personal information, request a correction or deletion, object to or restrict its use, or raise a concern about how it has been handled. Contact me using the details above. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.

This launch version does not use advertising cookies or visitor analytics. Essential server logs may be created by the hosting provider for security and reliable operation.
